Stainless External Star Lock Washers

These type 410 & 316 stainless steel external tooth lock washers are commonly used with small headed screws. The internal teeth bite into the screw providing a tight grip. Type 410 stainless steel is strong but not as resistant to rust and corrosion and may be mildly magnetic.
